I have lived in the Orlando area for many years. I have taught parenting classes, conducted multi-family group therapy and group therapy with adolescents, created a national lay-counseling program for my faith community, and conducted numerous workshops for couples and parents. I was a very active mom in the public school system. I also presented several programs in elementary and middle schools related to peer relationships and mental health. I am a veteran of cub scouts, boy scouts, and countless soccer games.
I am an active volunteer with the American Red Cross in Disaster Mental Health. I am a shelter manager, certified instructor and member of the Integrated Care Condolence Team. For the military I facilitated numerous Reconnection Workshops, Children's Workshops and Mind-Body Skills groups.
I am very grateful for our excellent teachers, coaches, scout leaders and other parents for making this a wonderful community in which to raise a family, and look forward to continuing to contribute as much as I can!
