I believe you are a whole person, mind-body-spirit. If your body feels sick, your energy and enthusiasm suffer. If you are upset about something, your mind has difficulty concentrating and your might have a short fuse.
With all my clients, I work towards understanding this integration of all parts of ourself, and encouraging you to be aware of how you are feeling at any given time. Through simple exercises, I will teach you to learn to tune in to yourself at a deeper level, and take better care of your own needs. This, in turn, will make your calmer, more solid and more resistant to stress and anxiety.
I have studied at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Minneapolis, and use mindfulness techniques regularly in my own life. I promise you will find the skills easy to learn, and very useful in everyday life.
