During the COVID-19 crisis, all sessions are via videocounseling. Similar to Skype or FaceTime, our entire session would be online. I use a secure HIPAA-compliant program to protect your privacy. You do not need to download any software. Just follow the link that I send you for each appointment, and we will be connected.
Videocounseling allows us to meet without travelling to the office, dealing with traffic or weather, or when your life is very busy. It gives us more flexibility, and allows us to continue with sessions even when life tries to get in the way.
It is important that you have a secure broadband connection and a private place to talk. This session should not be held over a public network like a coffee shop or a public hotspot.
